When you join the TSA family, you become part of a team that is passionate, approachable and collaborative.  We hire nurses, engineers, finance managers and project managers to work on Australia’s biggest projects, from rail and roads to skyscrapers and hospitals.

With over 500 employees across Australia and New Zealand, we have a common purpose underpinned by our values. Positive impact. TSA is not just about the things we build, but primarily the positive legacy we help generate for the communities in which we work.

Our work means we get to play a beneficial role in the lives of people, creating places to live, learn, work and enjoy. We provide a diverse range of project consulting services from inception to handover. Most importantly, we deliver with clear communication, integrity and flexibility.

From advisory services and business cases to audits and strategic procurement, our project consulting and management practices are sophisticated and run from the planning stages right through to delivery and handover.

We help our clients solve problems. We create clarity around goals and help implement them in the most effective ways, using the best people for each unique challenge.

You will work on projects across both property and infrastructure, including schools and universities, hospitals, aged care facilities, commercial buildings, rail and road networks and much more. Every recommendation, decision or action we take is chosen because it contributes to the best overall outcome for the project. We’re the glue that connects every phase, every challenge and every contractor.

As a graduate you will contribute to the advisory and delivery of our great projects, bringing with you, passion, drive and a ‘can do’ attitude. In return, we will invest in your development by providing you access to mentoring and coaching, structured training and support forums as well as hands on exposure across the project management lifecycle. This will enable you to develop your knowledge, skills and experience at a pace that supports your career ambitions. Join us.

What Graduates Say About Them
  • Working at TSA is quite rewarding in the sense that it's not like anything a Graduate would have done before. Coming from a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management provides a holistic view of how large scale projects are delivered and what is required. TSA provides a great atmosphere to learn and my colleagues have been extremely helpful and accommodating of my lack of knowledge.
  • Good work and social culture. Great support from management for training and development. So far in my experience, the company has been realistic in their expectations of me, but at the same time willing to let me challenge myself.
  • Great projects and good work-life balance
  • TSA creates a positive work environment by providing development opportunities, flexibility and positive reinforcement to staff.
  • The level of interaction between the general staff and the executive/leadership teams. The understanding by the executive team about how work/life balance is important and the friendly manner of the people I work with.
  • It is a very overwhelming process due to the Scope of works. During the University degree, there is a set syllabus that provides a context of what will be learnt and what is required. However, in this role, there is no set context and knowledge and technical growth is achieved via experience.
  • I'm seconded away to another company, so sometimes it is difficult to manage the relationship with my company.
  • Lack of recognition and financial compensation
  • TSA doesn't provide the most competitive salary compared to industry standards. It is also not clear who to have this conversation with internally.
  • Sometimes they can over-allocate people on projects making projects sometimes like a juggling act.
