Our two-year Graduate Program provides an opportunity for each graduate to experience three diverse workplaces, supported throughout by a dedicated learning and development pathway. During your two-year graduate placement, you will also receive regular mentoring with established leaders within Visy’s business.
The program consists of 3 eight-month rotations over two years.
You will interact with, and learn from, some of the smartest and most accomplished professionals in Australia.

At Visy, we’re committed to building a more inclusive culture for all. Our current diversity program has a strong focus on advancing more women within our business.
Our Women in Leadership and Operations program (WILO) aims at advancing more women in Visy. The program has seen engagement sessions with Executives, Leaders and a selection of talent across our business, in each state across Australia and New Zealand. Among other initiatives, we have commenced an Executive Mentoring Program for high potential women across our business. Since launching these programs, a number of women have been appointed into senior roles in Visy Board, Visy Logistics, and Visy Recycling.
