The assessment took place prior to the final interview which was inclusive and interactive. The final interview was a panel interview which continued for about 30 mins.
As I filled a full-time role, my interview process was very good. I got along with my mentor very well, where interview process had relevant Q&A as well as a site tour which increased my interest and engagement with the company.
Since the work was introduced to me through someone who was working in the company, the recommendation was really helpful and I had to go through one interview with site manager, supervisor and two colleagues.

After applying for the graduate program online I was invited to attend the Assessment Centre day with about 30 other applicants. There was a range of group activities and individual tests. After this day I was invited to an interview at Visy head office and after that interview was given the role. The whole process from application to hiring took about 2 months, it was great that it was quick process.
Group interview with approx. 30 people followed by a one-on-one interview with members of two different prospective business units (+HR).
1. Assessment center was fantastic, I was comfortable and felt myself. It was engaging and I thought it was overall well executed. 2. Interview process was relaxed, more like a conversation which again, I think is a good approach towards a Graduate Program.
There was an online application, assessment center, psychometric tests and a final interview. I think it was short and sweet and we were given feedback quite quickly.

First, an application with a cover letter detailing my alignment to the Visy goals. Followed by a phone interview, online testing and an in person interview.
Hiring process through the graduate stream was very streamlined and well handled.
One initial interview with the grad program coordinator and HR manager, followed by a 1on1 interview with the executive for the pulp and paper department.
There was an assessment center with 20 or so graduates where psychometric tests were done and a team activity. A few days later this was followed by a panel interview and then a one on one with the general manager. Visy always called a couple of days after sending my application and after each interview.

Firstly there was a group workshop for shortlisted candidates, where we were tested in a group setting. Following this there were individual interviews with cross-divisional managers.
